How does the white-label model work?
Rayven builds and maintains the platform - you deliver it under your own brand. Your clients access it on your domain with your logo. They never see Rayven. You own the commercial relationship and set your own pricing. See the white-label model page for full detail.
Do we need a technical team to deliver solutions?
No. Rayven’s team handles all design, build, testing and deployment. Most MSP partners start with done-for-you delivery and take on more ownership over time if they choose to. There is no minimum technical requirement on your side.
What does the pilot process look like?
You identify one use case and one existing client you want to test with. Rayven scopes it at a fixed price with a defined timeline - typically 2-12 weeks. You deliver the outcome to your client under your brand. If it works, you build the full product. The pilot is the proof of concept - for you and your client. How quickly can we go to market?

Can we use our own branding and domain?
Yes. Full white-label includes your domain, your logo, your colour scheme, your product name. Your clients log in at your URL. Rayven is entirely behind the scenes. This applies to the application interface, email notifications and all client-facing elements.
How is Rayven priced for partners?
Rayven uses a platform licence model that scales with your client count. There are no sign-up fees to become a partner. The pilot is scoped and priced separately. What support does Rayven provide after go-live?
Rayven stays after go-live - there is no handoff and disappear. Ongoing technical support, platform updates, performance monitoring and feature development all remain Rayven’s responsibility. You manage the client relationship; we manage everything under the bonnet.
How is our clients’ data handled and secured?
Enterprise security is built in from day one - AES-256 encryption, access controls, full audit trails, data sovereignty options and compliance-grade governance. Rayven operates in some of the most security-sensitive industrial environments in Australia, including Vale (critical controls) and NSW Ports.
What happens when a client needs changes or new features later?
