Live demo · Claude querying AWS + ops via Rayven MCP
Trusted by 240+ teams across Australia + globally
AWS is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.
AWS IoT Core streams every device event to the cloud, but ERP still posts from overnight files, maintenance reacts late, and AI models stall because telemetry never leaves the AWS account contextualised with asset and work-order data.
The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.
App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.
Connectors for AWS, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:
- ERP that needs production counts, energy and asset runtime posted against the right equipment
- CMMS/EAM that should raise work orders from device alarms and runtime hours
- Historian or data lake needing contextualised AWS IoT telemetry for analytics and AI
- MES and OEE systems needing live machine and downtime signals off the line
ERP, MES, historians, sensors + AI. One platform.
The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.
- AWS + every ERP, MES and historian system
- MQTT, OPC-UA, REST, cloud IoT, historians + custom-built connectors.
- Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
- Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
- AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
AWS + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.
5 examples of what Rayven customers run on AWS + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.
Runtime + output post to ERP
Live device readings, production counts and runtime stream from AWS IoT Core into ERP against the right asset and cost centre. Planning and finance see actual output in real-time, not a morning spreadsheet.
Alarms raise work orders automatically
A threshold breach or device fault in AWS IoT raises a work order in CMMS with asset, device and timestamp attached. Runtime hours drive preventive schedules, so maintenance is condition-based rather than calendar-based.
Telemetry, AI-ready
Every SiteWise measurement and device-shadow update streams into Rayven's Industrial AI Data Fabric, contextualised with asset and maintenance data. AI agents query live equipment health, energy and downtime across every site.
Every site in one view
Rayven rolls up device data from every AWS IoT account and Region into cross-site dashboards and field apps. Operations compares plants live, without a separate console per account or a manual export.
Governed device-config writeback
Where you scope it, Rayven writes approved configuration values back to AWS IoT device shadows under full audit and role-based control. Rayven never issues device commands and leaves the control and safety loop untouched.
Integration is the start with Rayven.
Here's what comes with it.
Rayven isn't just a AWS connector. It's the operational software platform underneath - so once AWS is connected, four more capabilities come online by default.
AI-ready data layer (AI Data Fabric)
AWS data joined with ERP, IoT + legacy - contextualised, unified and structured so AI models, agents and tools can use it without ETL prep work.

Live AI access (Rayven MCP)
Claude, ChatGPT + Gemini get live, governed access to AWS and every other connected system. Your AI stops guessing - cites real AWS records + numbers.
Learn more →
Automation + AI agents
Workflows + AI agents act on AWS data without human intervention - escalate at-risk accounts, trigger operational work, auto-update forecasts, draft customer comms.
Learn more →
Custom apps + portals
Unified customer portals, ops dashboards, mobile field apps, partner portals - built on top of integrated AWS data. No separate BI tool, no separate dev stack.

All on top of your existing stack. No rip + replace. AWS stays AWS. Rayven works on what you've already built. Specifically tuned for AWS IoT Greengrass edge streams + SiteWise asset-model roll-up.
Rayven is a five-layer platform ALL your integrations + much more
can run on.
Integration is one layer of Rayven. Data, execution, presentation + governance are the other four - all delivered as one platform on one commercial.
Pick the right tool for your stack.
AWS integration looks different at every scale. Honest comparison of the four common paths - Rayven only wins on some of them.
The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.
Platform + team. One commercial.
Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.
Built for the AWS IoT edge + cloud model.
Rayven subscribes to AWS IoT Core over MQTT, reads Greengrass edge streams and SiteWise asset models through the REST API, and lifts device shadows, measurements and alarms into ERP, CMMS and AI with no per-Region console hopping and no polling overhead.
We stay after go-live.
No handoff. No disappearing. Rayven is a long-term partner when your AWS evolves, your stack changes, or you push further. 24/7 support. Same team, same platform, same commercial.
Hosted your way, where you need.
Deploy as cloud, private cloud + on-premise - in Australia, the US, the UK, or anywhere else your AWS data needs to live. Your residency, your rules, your local compliance environment.
The questions AWS admins, RevOps + IT ask first.

What is AWS IoT integration?
AWS IoT integration is the practice of connecting AWS IoT to the rest of your operation - ERP, CMMS, historians and AI - so device telemetry is usable everywhere it matters. Rayven delivers it as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, reading data alongside your platform, never running as your IoT platform.
How does Rayven connect AWS IoT to other systems?
Rayven subscribes to AWS IoT Core over MQTT, reads Greengrass edge streams and SiteWise asset models, and calls the AWS IoT REST API through the Rayven integration layer. Device events, shadows and measurements flow as first-class integration events in real-time, bidirectionally where scoped. See the Rayven Platform.
What systems can Rayven connect AWS IoT to?
Rayven connects AWS IoT to 1,228+ systems including ERP, CMMS, historians, data warehouses and AI, plus sibling IoT platforms like Microsoft Azure IoT and PTC ThingWorx. Custom and legacy connections are part of done-for-you delivery.
Does Rayven control or replace AWS IoT?
No. Rayven reads and unifies AWS IoT telemetry and sits alongside your account; it is not an IoT platform and does not replace AWS IoT. Supervised device-config writeback runs only where you scope it, under audit and role-based control. Rayven never issues device commands and leaves the control and safety loop untouched. See the Rayven Platform.
How long does AWS IoT integration take with Rayven?
Most AWS IoT integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single AWS IoT-to-ERP or alarm-to-CMMS flow runs in 2-3 weeks; a full Industrial AI Data Fabric with predictive maintenance runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery.
What are the technical specifics of AWS IoT integration with Rayven?
Rayven connects to AWS IoT through the IoT Core MQTT broker and HTTPS endpoint, the Greengrass edge runtime and the SiteWise API, authenticated with IAM roles and X.509 device certificates. Device telemetry streams in real-time by subscription; SiteWise measurements, asset models and device shadows are read through the REST API and batched so large backfills never throttle the account. Events, shadows, alarms and metadata are preserved with field-level mapping into ERP, CMMS and AI targets. Per-account and per-Region scope is rolled up to one cross-site model via Rayven's asset-master layer. Legacy devices reachable only over Modbus or OPC-UA are bridged the same way and normalised alongside AWS IoT data. Where scoped, supervised configuration writeback runs to device shadows under role-based control and full audit logging; Rayven never issues device commands and leaves the control and safety loop untouched. Validated against AWS IoT Core, Greengrass and SiteWise across single and multi-account architectures.
