Per-project scope is rolled up to one cross-site model via Rayven's asset-master layer. Devices reachable only over OPC-UA or Modbus at the edge are normalised alongside cloud telemetry. Where scoped, supervised configuration publishing to device topics runs under role-based control and full audit logging; Rayven never issues device commands and leaves the control and safety loop untouched.
