White labelling.
Deploy applications under your own brand - custom domain, logo, colour palette + multi-tenant client isolation built in from the ground up.

CAPABILITY OVERVIEW
Your brand. Your product. Rayven under the hood.
Rayven's white-labelling capability is built into the platform from the ground up - not a paid add-on or post-deployment configuration.
Every application, dashboard, interface + portal built on Rayven can be deployed under your own brand, on your own domain + with your own identity. Multi-tenant configurations allow different clients to see their own branding within the same platform instance - with Label-based data isolation ensuring no client sees another's data, configuration or identity.
Configurable brand elements include:
-
Custom domain + URL (not rayven.io)
-
Logo, favicon + imagery
-
Colour palette + typography
-
Application name + page metadata
-
Login page + email notification branding
-
Per-client branding in multi-tenant deployments

KEY CAPABILITIES
What White Labelling gives you.
Custom domain deployment
Deploy any Rayven-built application on your own domain. Custom URL configurations are supported across all deployment models - SaaS, private cloud + on-premise. Users access your application at your domain with no Rayven URL visible anywhere in the interface.
Full visual identity
Configure logo, favicon, colour palette + typography to match your brand standards. Visual identity settings apply across dashboards, login pages, email notifications + all user-facing interfaces. No Rayven branding appears in the application unless you choose to include it.
Multi-tenant client branding
Configure different branding for different clients within the same platform instance. Each client accesses an interface reflecting their own identity - or the partner's identity - with Label-based isolation ensuring no client sees another's brand, data or configuration.
Login page + authentication branding
Customise the login page, authentication screens + password reset flows with your own branding. SSO configurations route users through your own identity provider, maintaining your brand throughout the authentication experience.
Email + notification branding
Outbound platform emails - alerts, approval notifications + report distributions - carry your brand identity. Configure sender name, logo + email template styling to match your organisation's communication standards.
Application name + metadata
Configure the application name, browser tab title, meta descriptions + social sharing metadata. Applications appear as your own product in browser history, bookmarks + shared links - with no visible reference to the underlying platform.
HOW IT CONNECTS: EXPLAINER
Where White Labelling fit in the Rayven Platform stack.
White-labelling configuration sits in the Security, Governance + Hosting layer, applying brand settings across every layer of the platform simultaneously.
-
Visual identity configuration affects every user-facing element in the Presentation Layer - dashboards, widgets, forms + interfaces.
-
Domain configuration affects how the Integration Layer exposes API endpoints + webhook destinations externally.
-
Authentication branding applies to the security layer's SSO + login flows.
-
Multi-tenant branding works in conjunction with Label-based access control to deliver isolated branded experiences per client within the same infrastructure.
USE CASES
How White Labelling gets used.
MSP delivering a white-label operational platform for enterprise clients
An MSP builds an operational data platform for multiple enterprise clients using Rayven. Each client accesses the platform at their own custom domain with their own logo + colour palette. Label-based data isolation ensures each client sees only their own operational data. The MSP delivers a branded product under each client's identity without maintaining separate infrastructure per client.

Software company launching a branded SaaS product built on Rayven
A technology company builds a fleet monitoring SaaS product using Rayven as the underlying platform. The product deploys on the company's own domain with their own visual identity, application name + login experience. Customers experience a purpose-built product. Rayven is invisible.

Enterprise deploying branded internal operational tools
A large enterprise deploys internal operational dashboards, inspection forms + automated workflow applications built on Rayven. All interfaces reflect the enterprise's brand standards - logo, colours, fonts + domain. Internal teams experience tools that look and feel like proprietary enterprise software.

Rayven White Labelling FAQs:
What can be white-labelled in Rayven?
Rayven's white-label capabilities cover the interface logo and colour scheme, custom domain, branded login page, menu structure, email notification sender name and domain, and in-app terminology. See the Security Layer.
Can the Rayven interface be branded with a custom logo and colours?
Yes. Administrators can upload a custom logo and define a primary colour palette applied to the navigation, buttons, and accents throughout the interface. See White Labelling.
Can the platform URL be customised for white-label deployments?
Yes. White-labelled deployments can use a custom domain - for example platform.yourclient.com - with SSL provisioned automatically. The Rayven brand does not appear in the URL. See Deployment + Architecture.
Can email notifications be sent from a branded domain?
Yes. All system-generated emails - including alerts, reports, and account notifications - can be sent from a custom sender address and domain, keeping the experience consistent with your brand. See Notifications + Alerts.
Can the login page be customised for white-label deployments?
Yes. The login page can be styled with your logo, brand colours, and background image. Custom login page copy and support contact details can also be configured. See White Labelling.
Does white labelling affect the platform's functionality?
No. White labelling is purely cosmetic. All platform capabilities - data ingestion, workflows, AI, dashboards, and security controls - remain fully functional in a white-labelled deployment. See Security Layer.
Can multiple brand profiles be configured for different customers?
Yes. Multi-tenant white-label deployments can maintain separate brand profiles per customer organisation, with each tenant seeing only their own branding and custom domain. See White Labelling.
Can the navigation and menu structure be customised?
Yes. Menu items can be renamed, reordered, hidden, or replaced with custom links. This lets resellers surface only the relevant features and terminology for their specific product offering. See White Labelling.
Is white labelling available on all hosting models?
Yes. White labelling is available on managed cloud, self-hosted, and on-premises deployments. Custom domain and branding configuration is consistent across all hosting options. See Hosting + Management.
Can a reseller or partner deploy Rayven as their own product?
Yes. Rayven's partner programme supports full OEM and reseller arrangements where the platform is presented entirely under the partner's brand. Contact Rayven to discuss partner and reseller options. See Book a Demo.
