Rayven's architecture handles intermittent connectivity natively. Sensor data buffers locally at the edge and syncs when connectivity is available - satellite, 4G, or fixed line. Our field apps are offline-first: data captured without connectivity is queued and uploaded when the device reconnects. Remote deployment is the norm.

Yes. Rayven maintains immutable audit logs for all data ingestion, processing and reporting events - including who accessed data, when, and what transformations were applied. How do we price the platform to our clients?

Most environmental monitoring partners price Rayven as a platform subscription per site or per monitoring network - typically passed through to clients with a margin. Some use it to justify a higher retainer (clients pay for 'monitoring plus platform'). We'll help you model the commercial structure that fits your existing contracts and pricing strategy. Many partners find the platform actually reduces their cost to serve while increasing the price clients are willing to pay.

Can we keep our existing sensor infrastructure and just add the platform layer?

Yes, this is the most common deployment pattern. Rayven connects to your existing loggers, sensors and telemetry systems via APIs, MQTT, FTP, or direct database connection. You don't need to replace equipment. We've integrated with Campbell Scientific, YSI, Onset, Vaisala, and dozens of custom logger configurations. Your hardware investment is preserved.

How long does implementation take for a typical monitoring network?

For a single monitoring site with existing sensor connectivity: 4–6 weeks to a working platform. Multi-site networks with diverse sensor types and custom compliance logic typically take 3–4 months for full deployment.
