“Will this conflict with our existing platform vendor relationships?”
No, Rayven is additive, not competitive. We sit above your implemented platforms, not alongside them. SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow don't provide the cross-platform AI layer and operational intelligence Rayven delivers. You remain the integration and implementation expert; Rayven provides the product layer on top.
“How do we structure the commercial model - project fee or SaaS?”
Typically both. You charge a project implementation fee to build the initial Rayven configuration for a client - consistent with your current model. The platform then runs on SaaS subscription, which you pass through with margin or licence under your own brand. Implementation revenue continues; subscription revenue adds on top. As your accelerators mature, implementation fees shrink and subscription revenue grows.
“What if our clients already have Snowflake or a data platform?”
Rayven integrates with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse and other data warehouses - reading from them as a data source or writing back enriched data. If your clients already have a data platform, Rayven adds the AI application layer on top. If they don't, Rayven can serve as the unified data and AI layer without additional tooling required.
