How long until we can see bookings, covers + labour live instead of in next-day reports?

Two to 12 weeks for Done-for-you delivery; three weeks is our platform average. We start with one operational view live and working - occupancy, covers, or labour - then expand across the group.

Where is our guest + operational data hosted, and how is it governed?

Cloud, on-premise, private cloud, or hybrid - we deploy where your data residency and governance requirements need us to. Encryption at rest and in transit, granular access control, full audit logging. Configurable to your jurisdiction’s data residency rules.

Can your AI (MCP) read our booking + guest data through Claude or ChatGPT?
