Trusted by 240+ teams across Australia + globally
SiteHive is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.
Hexanode captures noise, dust and vibration in real-time, but the alert stays in the SiteHive app, the crew keeps working past the limit, and AI forecasting stalls because the sensor stream never reaches the project's operational systems.
The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.
App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.
Connectors for SiteHive, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:
- Operations + site teams that should adjust work when noise or vibration nears a limit, not review it later
- SCADA and project systems that need Hexanode readings alongside live site data
- Compliance and regulatory reporting still assembled by hand from SiteHive exports
- Data warehouses + AI agents needing live noise, dust and vibration signals
- Other monitoring networks and sensors that must reconcile into one project environmental picture
Sensors, SCADA, compliance + AI. One platform.
The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.
- SiteHive + every SCADA, LIMS and compliance-reporting system
- Air/noise/dust monitors, IoT sensors, SCADA, LIMS + custom-built connectors.
- Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
- Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
- AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
SiteHive + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.
5 examples of what Rayven customers run on SiteHive + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.
Exceedance alerts reach the crew live
Noise, dust and vibration readings stream from SiteHive Hexanode devices into operations and SCADA dashboards in real-time, so the moment a limit is neared the crew can slow or reschedule work.
Spikes get a cause, not a guess
Noise and dust readings combine with wind and works data so a spike is attributed to the right activity. Site teams act on cause and effect, not a resident complaint.
Reporting builds itself
Noise, dust, vibration readings and consent conditions assemble into regulatory submissions continuously. Environmental teams review and sign off instead of rebuilding reports from SiteHive exports.
Monitoring data, AI-ready
Every noise, dust and vibration reading streams into Rayven's Industrial AI Data Fabric. AI agents forecast build-up against consent limits so crews adjust before a breach.
Live conditions, shared
Noise, dust and vibration status surface on community portals and project dashboards in real-time, so neighbours and stakeholders see current conditions instead of a monthly report.
Integration is the start with Rayven.
Here's what comes with it.
Rayven isn't just a SiteHive connector. It's the operational software platform underneath - so once SiteHive is connected, four more capabilities come online by default.
AI-ready data layer (AI Data Fabric)
SiteHive data joined with ERP, IoT + legacy - contextualised, unified and structured so AI models, agents and tools can use it without ETL prep work.

Live AI access (Rayven MCP)
Claude, ChatGPT + Gemini get live, governed access to SiteHive and every other connected system. Your AI stops guessing - cites real SiteHive records + numbers.

Automation + AI agents
Workflows + AI agents act on SiteHive data without human intervention - escalate at-risk accounts, trigger operational work, auto-update forecasts, draft customer comms.

Custom apps + portals
Unified customer portals, ops dashboards, mobile field apps, partner portals - built on top of integrated SiteHive data. No separate BI tool, no separate dev stack.

All on top of your existing stack. No rip + replace. SiteHive stays SiteHive. Rayven works on what you've already built. Specifically tuned for SiteHive Hexanode per-device mapping + consent-limit alerts into live site operations.
Rayven is a five-layer platform ALL your integrations + much more
can run on.
Integration is one layer of Rayven. Data, execution, presentation + governance are the other four - all delivered as one platform on one commercial.
Pick the right tool for your stack.
SiteHive integration looks different at every scale. Honest comparison of the four common paths - Rayven only wins on some of them.
The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.
Platform + team. One commercial.
Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.
Built for SiteHive's Hexanode device model.
Rayven ingests SiteHive's REST APIs, streaming Hexanode noise, dust and vibration readings into one real-time layer. Per-device parameter and consent-limit mapping routes exceedance alerts into operations and AI. Rayven sits alongside the devices and never controls process or abatement equipment.
We stay after go-live.
No handoff. No disappearing. Rayven is a long-term partner when your SiteHive evolves, your stack changes, or you push further. 24/7 support. Same team, same platform, same commercial.
Hosted your way, where you need.
Deploy as cloud, private cloud + on-premise - in Australia, the US, the UK, or anywhere else your SiteHive data needs to live. Your residency, your rules, your local compliance environment.
The questions SiteHive admins, RevOps + IT ask first.

What is SiteHive integration?
SiteHive integration is the practice of connecting SiteHive Hexanode noise, dust and vibration monitoring to the rest of your operational stack - SCADA, IIoT, operations and AI - so site monitoring data is visible everywhere it matters. Rayven delivers it as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, not a single-purpose connector.
How does Rayven connect SiteHive to other systems?
Rayven uses SiteHive's REST APIs for real-time sync. Noise, dust and vibration readings, consent conditions and exceedance events all flow as first-class integration events into operations and AI targets. See the Rayven Platform for how the layers fit together.
What systems can Rayven connect SiteHive to?
Rayven connects SiteHive to 1,228+ systems including SCADA, IIoT platforms, operations, and sibling monitoring tools like Envirosuite and Ecotech (Acoem). Custom integrations are part of done-for-you delivery.
How long does SiteHive integration take with Rayven?
Most SiteHive integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single sensor-to-operations or exceedance-to-alert flow runs in 2-3 weeks; a full environmental fabric with AI forecasting runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery - Australian-built and Australian-delivered.
SiteHive already monitors + alerts. Why does Rayven add value on top?
SiteHive is a specialist construction monitoring platform with strong real-time alerting. Rayven adds value where the data needs to leave the app: pushing exceedances into operations and SCADA where the crew works, joining readings to works data, automating reporting and the AI forecasting layer on top. Rayven complements SiteHive and reads its data only. Read more in how Rayven works.
What are the technical specifics of SiteHive integration with Rayven?
Rayven ingests SiteHive through its REST APIs, authenticating via API keys for real-time sync. High-frequency noise, dust and vibration readings from Hexanode devices stream as first-class events, with each device's parameters and its project and location hierarchy preserved through field-level mapping into SCADA, IIoT and operational targets. Consent limits configured per project route as alert events the moment a threshold is neared, and API rate limits are managed through batching, queuing and back-pressure so high-frequency pulls never throttle out. High-frequency readings paginate separately from exceedance events and Rayven reconciles the two into one model, joining them to works and weather data for source attribution. Rayven reads and unifies this monitoring data only; it sits alongside the devices and abatement systems and never controls process or abatement equipment. Validated against SiteHive Hexanode devices and platform on multi-site construction and infrastructure projects.
