Trusted by 240+ teams across Australia + globally
Epicor is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.
CPC connects machines and tracks OEE and quality on the floor, but the record stays close to Epicor - non-Epicor systems reconcile by hand, quality lives apart, and AI has no live cross-site view of OEE or traceability.
The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.
App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.
Connectors for Epicor, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:
- Epicor ERP and non-Epicor ERP that need completions, cost and OEE against the production order
- MES and production execution that should share the machine and OEE record
- SCADA, PLCs and machine controls whose signals CPC reads but other systems also need
- Quality and QMS platforms that should receive CPC error-proofing and traceability data
- Data warehouses and AI agents needing live OEE, quality and downtime signals across sites
MES, ERP, SCADA, machines + AI. One platform.
The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.
- Epicor + every MES, ERP and SCADA system
- MES, ERP, PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors + custom-built connectors.
- Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
- Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
- AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
Epicor + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.
5 examples of what Rayven customers run on Epicor + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.
Machine signals build OEE and error-proofing
Counts, states and faults from SCADA and machine controls feed CPC, and Rayven keeps them on the active order, so OEE and error-proofing build from live machine data rather than manual checks.
OEE and completions reach the ledger
OEE, completions and scrap flow into Epicor ERP or a non-Epicor ERP, so cost and capacity reflect what the machines actually produced, not an end-of-day estimate.
Traceability closes the loop
Error-proofing results and traceability data sync with quality systems, so any unit traces from machine to finished goods and holds route to the right batch before it ships.
One machine record across execution
The CPC machine and OEE record shares with your MES, so execution and equipment effectiveness read from the same data rather than two disconnected shop-floor views.
OEE and quality, AI-ready
Every machine reading, OEE event and quality check streams into Rayven's Industrial AI Data Fabric. AI agents query live OEE and traceability, and predict downtime across every site.
Integration is the start with Rayven.
Here's what comes with it.
Rayven isn't just a Epicor connector. It's the operational software platform underneath - so once Epicor is connected, four more capabilities come online by default.
AI-ready data layer (AI Data Fabric)
Epicor data joined with ERP, IoT + legacy - contextualised, unified and structured so AI models, agents and tools can use it without ETL prep work.

All on top of your existing stack. No rip + replace. Epicor stays Epicor. Rayven works on what you've already built. Specifically tuned for Epicor CPC error-proofing, traceability and machine data mapped to non-Epicor ERP and MES.
Rayven is a five-layer platform ALL your integrations + much more
can run on.
Integration is one layer of Rayven. Data, execution, presentation + governance are the other four - all delivered as one platform on one commercial.
Pick the right tool for your stack.
Epicor integration looks different at every scale. Honest comparison of the four common paths - Rayven only wins on some of them.
The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.
Platform + team. One commercial.
Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.
Built for Epicor CPC's machine + quality model.
Rayven reads Epicor CPC's APIs and data layer for machine data, OEE, error-proofing and traceability, and joins [SCADA](/solutions/data-integration-platform/scada-integration) feeds onto the order. Real-time OEE and quality sync lands the record in ERP, MES and AI, with Rayven reading it and never controlling the line.
We stay after go-live.
No handoff. No disappearing. Rayven is a long-term partner when your Epicor evolves, your stack changes, or you push further. 24/7 support. Same team, same platform, same commercial.
Hosted your way, where you need.
Deploy as cloud, private cloud + on-premise - in Australia, the US, the UK, or anywhere else your Epicor data needs to live. Your residency, your rules, your local compliance environment.

What is Epicor CPC integration?
Epicor CPC integration is the practice of connecting Epicor Connected Process Control to the rest of your operation - ERP, MES, quality and AI - so machine, OEE and quality data are visible everywhere they matter. Rayven delivers it as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, not a single-purpose connector.
How does Rayven connect Epicor CPC to other systems?
Rayven reads Epicor CPC's APIs and data layer for real-time sync of machine data, OEE, error-proofing and traceability. Counts, states, quality checks and OEE events all flow as first-class integration events. See the Rayven Platform for how the integration and data layers fit together.
How is this different from an Epicor ERP integration?
Epicor CPC is the machine and OEE layer on the shop floor; Epicor ERP is the financial and operational backbone. This page covers connecting CPC's machine, OEE and quality data. For the planning, order and finance story, see the ERP integration. Rayven connects both and keeps the copy and the data distinct across the two.
Does Rayven replace or control our machines?
No. Rayven reads machine, OEE and quality data and sits alongside Epicor CPC; it never controls, replaces or writes to the machines or the line. CPC keeps connecting the machines, while Rayven lifts OEE and traceability into an Industrial AI Data Fabric and connects it to ERP, MES and AI. Read more in how Rayven works.
How long does Epicor CPC integration take with Rayven?
Most Epicor CPC integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single CPC-to-ERP or CPC-to-quality flow runs in 2-4 weeks; a full performance fabric with MES, SCADA and AI runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery.
CPC already ties into Epicor. Why does Rayven add value on top?
CPC's link to Epicor covers the Epicor path. Rayven adds value where estates run mixed systems: carrying OEE and quality into non-Epicor ERP and MES, joining CPC with other OEE tools on one definition and adding the AI and dashboard layers on top. Rayven complements Epicor CPC. See the Rayven Platform.
What are the technical specifics of Epicor CPC integration with Rayven?
Rayven reads Epicor Connected Process Control through its APIs, REST endpoints and data layer, plus database access where needed, for real-time sync of machine data, OEE, error-proofing and traceability. Because CPC evolved from eFlex and Advanced MES, data models vary by version; Rayven maps them into one schema so OEE, quality and machine records read consistently. Counts, states, faults, error-proofing results and traceability links are preserved with field-level mapping into ERP, MES and quality targets, including non-Epicor systems the native link does not reach. Machine signals from SCADA and controls join the active order. API and database rate limits are handled through batching, queuing and back-pressure. Rayven reads and contextualises the data and sits alongside CPC; it never controls or writes to the machines or the line. This is distinct from the Epicor ERP page, which covers planning and finance. Validated against Epicor CPC with external SCADA and quality systems joining the record.
