REST pagination and platform rate limits are managed through batching, queuing and back-pressure so shift-change bursts never throttle out. PLC and historian machine data is bridged onto the Plex work centre so OEE and downtime build automatically rather than from operator entry. Multi-site estates running separate Plex tenants reconcile to one production master via Rayven's data layer.
