Machine downtime is added by bridging SCADA, PLC and machine-control signals onto the work order so OEE builds without MOM data entry. Work orders, MOM status, completions, downtime and OEE are preserved with field-level mapping into MES and execution targets. API rate limits are handled through batching, queuing and back-pressure.
