App data held in per-app Tulip Tables is normalised so OEE, cycle time and scrap read consistently across stations rather than per app build. Records are preserved with field-level mapping into MES, ERP and quality targets. Machine signals from SCADA and historians join the station record for full OEE context. API rate limits are managed through batching, queuing and back-pressure. Rayven reads and contextualises the data and sits alongside Tulip; it never controls or writes to the machines or the line.
