THE REALITY

Seeq is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.

Seeq turns historian data into sharp loss analysis, but the answer stays with the analyst - ERP reconciles yield overnight, the MES never sees the loss breakdown, and AI cannot act on the analysis live.

The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.

What Zapier + iPaaS reach

App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.

Connectors for Seeq, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:

  • MES and production systems that need Seeq OEE, downtime and loss tied to the run and batch
  • ERP that reconciles output, yield and giveaway from batch files instead of live analysis
  • Historians and SCADA whose time-series Seeq reads but other systems and AI also need
  • Data warehouses and AI agents needing live loss-analysis and yield signals across the plant
What Rayven reaches

MES, ERP, SCADA, machines + AI. One platform.

The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.

  • Seeq + every MES, ERP and SCADA system
  • MES, ERP, PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors + custom-built connectors.
  • Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
  • Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
  • AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
WHAT YOU CAN BUILD

Seeq + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.

5 examples of what Rayven customers run on Seeq + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.

Historians + SCADA → Seeq analysis

Time-series feeds live OEE analysis

Time-series from SCADA and historians feed Seeq, and Rayven streams the analysis outputs onward, so OEE, yield and loss build continuously rather than as a one-off study.

WHY RAYVEN · NOT JUST ANY CONNECTOR

The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.

99.9% platform uptime

Platform + team. One commercial.

Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.

HISTORIAN TIME-SERIES OEE

Built for Seeq's analytics-on-historian model.

Rayven reads Seeq's REST API for OEE, yield and loss-analysis outputs computed on [SCADA](/solutions/data-integration-platform/scada-integration) and historian time-series. Real-time analysis-output sync carries the loss breakdown into MES, ERP and AI, with Rayven reading the results and never touching the line.

What is Seeq integration?

Seeq integration is the practice of connecting Seeq analytics to the rest of your operation - MES, ERP, historians and AI - so time-series OEE, loss and yield analysis are visible everywhere they matter. Rayven delivers it as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, not a single-purpose connector.

How does Rayven connect Seeq to other systems?

Rayven reads Seeq's REST API for real-time sync of its analysis outputs - OEE, downtime attribution, yield and loss metrics. These flow as first-class integration events into the systems that act on them. See the Rayven Platform for how the integration and data layers fit together.

What systems can Rayven connect Seeq to?

Rayven connects Seeq to 1,228+ systems including the MES, ERP, SCADA, historians and sibling OEE tools like MachineMetrics and Tulip. Custom integrations are part of done-for-you delivery.

Does Rayven replace or control our machines?

No. Rayven reads analysis outputs and time-series data and sits alongside Seeq; it never controls, replaces or writes to the machines or the line. Seeq keeps doing the analytics, while Rayven lifts the loss and yield outputs into an Industrial AI Data Fabric and connects them to MES, ERP and AI. Read more in how Rayven works.

How long does Seeq integration take with Rayven?

Most Seeq integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single Seeq-to-ERP or Seeq-to-MES flow runs in 2-4 weeks; a full performance fabric with historians and AI runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery.

Seeq already analyses historian data. Why does Rayven add value on top?

Seeq is excellent at process time-series analytics. Rayven adds value by putting the answer to work: carrying OEE, yield and loss into the MES and ERP, joining it with machine-monitoring OEE tools on one definition and feeding it to AI and dashboards live. Rayven complements Seeq. See the Rayven Platform.

What are the technical specifics of Seeq integration with Rayven?

Rayven reads Seeq's REST API and SDK via OAuth and API key authentication for real-time sync of analysis outputs - OEE, downtime attribution, yield and loss metrics computed on process time-series. Seeq calculates on top of historians rather than capturing machine data itself, so Rayven treats the workbook analysis outputs as the integration surface and normalises workbook-specific calculation definitions into one schema for downstream use. OEE, yield, deviation and loss metrics are preserved with field-level mapping into MES, ERP and quality targets. Underlying SCADA and historian time-series from PI, OSIsoft and cloud sources can be joined for full context. API rate limits are managed through batching, queuing and back-pressure. Rayven reads and contextualises the outputs and sits alongside Seeq; it never controls or writes to the machines or the line. Validated against Seeq on PI and cloud historian estates in process-manufacturing configurations.
