Trusted by 240+ teams across Australia + globally
MachineMetrics is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.
MachineMetrics shows live OEE on the floor, but ERP costs jobs from estimates, maintenance learns about downtime late, and AI has no live feed of utilisation or cycle time across the machine fleet.
The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.
App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.
Connectors for MachineMetrics, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:
- MES and production systems that need machine-level OEE, downtime and utilisation against the work order
- ERP that costs jobs and schedules capacity from live output, not overnight estimates
- CMMS and maintenance systems needing downtime and fault events straight off the machine
- Data warehouses and AI agents needing live utilisation, cycle-time and downtime-prediction signals across the fleet
MES, ERP, SCADA, machines + AI. One platform.
The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.
- MachineMetrics + every MES, ERP and SCADA system
- MES, ERP, PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors + custom-built connectors.
- Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
- Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
- AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
MachineMetrics + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.
5 examples of what Rayven customers run on MachineMetrics + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.
Direct machine data builds OEE
Counts, cycle times, spindle states and downtime read straight from PLCs and CNC controls tie to the active job, so OEE and utilisation build in real-time from the machine, not from operator logs.
Utilisation and output reach planning
Live utilisation, run counts and downtime flow into your MES and ERP, so capacity planning and job costing work from what the machines actually did this shift.
Machine faults raise the work order
Fault codes and long stoppages open a job in your CMMS with machine context attached, so reliability teams act on real downtime rather than a weekly report.
Utilisation data, AI-ready
Every count, state and downtime reason streams into Rayven's Industrial AI Data Fabric. AI agents query live utilisation and cycle time, and predict downtime across the machine fleet.
One view across the machine fleet
Machine-level OEE, availability and performance roll up into fleet and cross-line dashboards, so operations compares assets on one definition instead of reading each machine tile in isolation.
Integration is the start with Rayven.
Here's what comes with it.
Rayven isn't just a MachineMetrics connector. It's the operational software platform underneath - so once MachineMetrics is connected, four more capabilities come online by default.
AI-ready data layer (AI Data Fabric)
MachineMetrics data joined with ERP, IoT + legacy - contextualised, unified and structured so AI models, agents and tools can use it without ETL prep work.

Automation + AI agents
Workflows + AI agents act on MachineMetrics data without human intervention - escalate at-risk accounts, trigger operational work, auto-update forecasts, draft customer comms.

Custom apps + portals
Unified customer portals, ops dashboards, mobile field apps, partner portals - built on top of integrated MachineMetrics data. No separate BI tool, no separate dev stack.

All on top of your existing stack. No rip + replace. MachineMetrics stays MachineMetrics. Rayven works on what you've already built. Specifically tuned for MachineMetrics WebSocket machine streams and per-machine downtime categorisation.
Rayven is a five-layer platform ALL your integrations + much more
can run on.
Integration is one layer of Rayven. Data, execution, presentation + governance are the other four - all delivered as one platform on one commercial.
Pick the right tool for your stack.
MachineMetrics integration looks different at every scale. Honest comparison of the four common paths - Rayven only wins on some of them.
The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.
Platform + team. One commercial.
Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.
Built for MachineMetrics' machine-first model.
Rayven reads MachineMetrics' REST API and WebSocket streams for high-frequency machine data, OEE and downtime. Real-time utilisation and cycle-time sync lands machine-level performance in MES, ERP, CMMS and AI - Rayven reads the data and never writes to the PLC.
We stay after go-live.
No handoff. No disappearing. Rayven is a long-term partner when your MachineMetrics evolves, your stack changes, or you push further. 24/7 support. Same team, same platform, same commercial.
Hosted your way, where you need.
Deploy as cloud, private cloud + on-premise - in Australia, the US, the UK, or anywhere else your MachineMetrics data needs to live. Your residency, your rules, your local compliance environment.

What is MachineMetrics integration?
MachineMetrics integration is the practice of connecting MachineMetrics to the rest of your operation - MES, ERP, CMMS and AI - so machine-level OEE, downtime and utilisation are visible everywhere they matter. Rayven delivers it as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, not a single-purpose connector.
How does Rayven connect MachineMetrics to other systems?
Rayven reads MachineMetrics' REST and WebSocket APIs for real-time sync of machine data, OEE and downtime. Counts, states, cycle times and fault events all flow as first-class integration events. See the Rayven Platform for how the integration and data layers fit together.
What systems can Rayven connect MachineMetrics to?
Rayven connects MachineMetrics to 1,228+ systems including the MES, ERP, CMMS, historians and sibling OEE tools like Vorne XL and Shoplogix. Custom integrations are part of done-for-you delivery.
Does Rayven replace or control our machines?
No. Rayven reads machine and OEE data and sits alongside MachineMetrics; it never controls, replaces or writes to the machines or the PLCs. MachineMetrics keeps capturing the data, while Rayven lifts OEE and utilisation into an Industrial AI Data Fabric and connects it to MES, ERP and AI. Read more in how Rayven works.
How long does MachineMetrics integration take with Rayven?
Most MachineMetrics integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single MachineMetrics-to-ERP or MachineMetrics-to-CMMS flow runs in 2-4 weeks; a full performance fabric with MES and AI runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery.
MachineMetrics already connects to machines. Why does Rayven add value on top?
MachineMetrics does machine-first data capture well. Rayven adds value where estates run mixed tools: carrying utilisation and downtime into the MES work order and ERP, reconciling MachineMetrics with other OEE systems on one definition and adding the AI and dashboard layers on top. Rayven complements MachineMetrics. See the Rayven Platform.
What are the technical specifics of MachineMetrics integration with Rayven?
Rayven reads MachineMetrics' REST API and WebSocket streaming interface via API token authentication for real-time sync of machine data, OEE, downtime and utilisation. High-frequency counts, cycle times and machine states arrive over the WebSocket stream, while part counts, downtime reasons and OEE summaries come from the REST reporting API - both are reconciled onto the active job. Utilisation, run counts, fault codes and cycle times are preserved with field-level mapping into MES, ERP and CMMS targets. Stream volume is handled through buffering, batching and back-pressure so a full machine fleet never overwhelms downstream systems. Rayven reads and contextualises the data and sits alongside MachineMetrics; it never controls or writes to the PLCs, CNC controls or the line. Per-machine downtime categorisation is normalised into one model so the fleet reports on a single OEE definition. Validated against MachineMetrics with the on-machine edge collector feeding PLC and CNC data.
