Trusted by 240+ teams across Australia + globally
Shoplogix is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.
Shoplogix analyses OEE and downtime well, but the analysis stays in one tool - ERP reconciles output on a batch, performance losses never reach costing, and AI has no live view across lines or sites.
The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.
App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.
Connectors for Shoplogix, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:
- MES and production systems that need Shoplogix OEE, downtime and performance against the run
- ERP that reconciles output and scrap from batch files instead of the live Shoplogix feed
- SCADA, PLCs and historians whose signals should feed OEE without manual keying
- Data warehouses and AI agents needing live performance-loss and downtime signals per line
MES, ERP, SCADA, machines + AI. One platform.
The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.
- Shoplogix + every MES, ERP and SCADA system
- MES, ERP, PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors + custom-built connectors.
- Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
- Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
- AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
Shoplogix + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.
5 examples of what Rayven customers run on Shoplogix + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.
Every source builds one OEE number
Machine signals and manual entries feed Shoplogix, and Rayven joins SCADA and PLC data onto the same run, so OEE and performance loss build consistently rather than from mixed inputs.
OEE and downtime reach planning
OEE, downtime and performance data flow into your MES and ERP, so planning and costing see the real loss on the line rather than a summary emailed after the shift.
Performance loss raises the work order
Slow-running assets and repeat stoppages open a job in your CMMS, so maintenance targets the performance losses that never trip a full-down alarm.
Performance data, AI-ready
Every downtime reason, speed loss and count streams into Rayven's Industrial AI Data Fabric. AI agents rank loss drivers and predict downtime across every line and site.
Sites compared on one definition
Line and plant OEE roll up into cross-site dashboards, so operations compares performance on one Shoplogix-fed definition instead of reconciling separate tool reports.
Integration is the start with Rayven.
Here's what comes with it.
Rayven isn't just a Shoplogix connector. It's the operational software platform underneath - so once Shoplogix is connected, four more capabilities come online by default.
AI-ready data layer (AI Data Fabric)
Shoplogix data joined with ERP, IoT + legacy - contextualised, unified and structured so AI models, agents and tools can use it without ETL prep work.

Custom apps + portals
Unified customer portals, ops dashboards, mobile field apps, partner portals - built on top of integrated Shoplogix data. No separate BI tool, no separate dev stack.

All on top of your existing stack. No rip + replace. Shoplogix stays Shoplogix. Rayven works on what you've already built. Specifically tuned for Shoplogix machine-plus-manual OEE reconciliation and per-line speed-loss categorisation.
Rayven is a five-layer platform ALL your integrations + much more
can run on.
Integration is one layer of Rayven. Data, execution, presentation + governance are the other four - all delivered as one platform on one commercial.
Pick the right tool for your stack.
Shoplogix integration looks different at every scale. Honest comparison of the four common paths - Rayven only wins on some of them.
The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.
Platform + team. One commercial.
Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.
Built for Shoplogix's mixed-source model.
Rayven reads Shoplogix's REST API for OEE, downtime and speed-loss data, and joins [SCADA](/solutions/data-integration-platform/scada-integration) and PLC feeds for consistency. Real-time performance-loss sync carries line analytics into MES, ERP and AI, with Rayven reading the data and never touching the line.
We stay after go-live.
No handoff. No disappearing. Rayven is a long-term partner when your Shoplogix evolves, your stack changes, or you push further. 24/7 support. Same team, same platform, same commercial.
Hosted your way, where you need.
Deploy as cloud, private cloud + on-premise - in Australia, the US, the UK, or anywhere else your Shoplogix data needs to live. Your residency, your rules, your local compliance environment.

What is Shoplogix integration?
Shoplogix integration is the practice of connecting Shoplogix Smart Factory to the rest of your operation - MES, ERP, SCADA and AI - so OEE, downtime and performance are visible everywhere they matter. Rayven delivers it as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, not a single-purpose connector.
How does Rayven connect Shoplogix to other systems?
Rayven reads Shoplogix's REST API for real-time sync of OEE, downtime and performance data. Downtime reasons, speed losses and counts all flow as first-class integration events. See the Rayven Platform for how the integration and data layers fit together.
What systems can Rayven connect Shoplogix to?
Rayven connects Shoplogix to 1,228+ systems including the MES, ERP, SCADA, historians and sibling OEE tools like MachineMetrics and Vorne XL. Custom integrations are part of done-for-you delivery.
Does Rayven replace or control our machines?
No. Rayven reads OEE and performance data and sits alongside Shoplogix; it never controls, replaces or writes to the machines or the line. Shoplogix keeps analysing performance, while Rayven lifts OEE and downtime into an Industrial AI Data Fabric and connects it to MES, ERP and AI. Read more in how Rayven works.
How long does Shoplogix integration take with Rayven?
Most Shoplogix integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single Shoplogix-to-ERP or Shoplogix-to-MES flow runs in 2-4 weeks; a full performance fabric with SCADA and AI runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery.
Shoplogix already analyses OEE. Why does Rayven add value on top?
Shoplogix does Smart Factory OEE and downtime analytics well. Rayven adds value by carrying that analysis outward: into the MES run and ERP cost, reconciled with other OEE tools on one definition and fed to AI and dashboards. Rayven complements Shoplogix. See the Rayven Platform.
What are the technical specifics of Shoplogix integration with Rayven?
Rayven reads Shoplogix Smart Factory's REST API via API key authentication for real-time sync of OEE, downtime, speed-loss and count data. Because Shoplogix builds OEE from both machine and manual sources, Rayven reconciles them and joins SCADA, PLC and historian feeds over OPC-UA and MQTT so availability and performance build consistently. Downtime reasons, speed losses, counts and OEE summaries are preserved with field-level mapping into MES, ERP and maintenance targets. Per-line downtime and speed-loss categorisation is normalised into one model so multi-site estates report on a single OEE definition. API rate limits are managed through batching, queuing and back-pressure so shift-change bursts never throttle out. Rayven reads and contextualises the data and sits alongside Shoplogix; it never controls or writes to the machines or the line. Validated against Shoplogix Smart Factory in discrete and process configurations with external SCADA and historian feeds joining the record.
