Arena integration that reaches the systems other tools can't.
Connect Arena to every MES, ERP, LIMS and AI agent your quality function runs on. Turn the product record, change orders and quality processes into real-time, AI-ready quality data, without touching the production line.

Trusted by 240+ teams across Australia + globally
Arena is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.
A design change lands in Arena but the floor keeps building the old revision. NCRs never link back to the item or change that caused them. Quality and engineering trade spreadsheets. AI cannot correlate defects to product changes because the two records never meet.
The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.
App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.
Connectors for Arena, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:
- MES + shop-floor systems that must build to the current revision and report defects against it
- ERP that holds the production orders, suppliers and lots a change or NCR should reconcile to
- LIMS + inspection systems whose out-of-spec results should open a quality process on the affected item
- Data warehouses + AI agents needing live change-to-defect and NCR signals across the product record
MES, ERP, LIMS, shop-floor + AI. One platform.
The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.
- Arena + every MES, ERP and LIMS system
- MES, ERP, LIMS, SPC, IoT sensors + custom-built connectors.
- Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
- Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
- AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
Arena + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.
5 examples of what Rayven customers run on Arena + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.
Change reaches the floor, not the inbox
A released ECO in Arena updates the item revision and BOM in ERP and the build instruction on the MES. The floor builds to the current revision, not last month's.
Defect opens an NCR on the right item
A defect or failed inspection on the floor opens an Arena NCR linked to the exact item, revision and lot. Engineering sees which product change or supplier the non-conformance traces to.
Change-to-defect correlation, live
Every change order, NCR and CAPA streams into Rayven's data fabric. AI correlates defect spikes to specific product changes and supplier revisions, so recurring quality issues get a root cause, not a guess.
CAPA status the whole team can see
Open CAPAs, change status and NCR ageing stream to a real-time dashboard for quality and engineering. Corrective actions and the design changes behind them stay visible in one place.
Supplier issue tied to part + PO
A supplier non-conformance links the Arena item record to the ERP purchase order and receipt. Procurement and quality act on the affected parts before they reach the build.
Integration is the start with Rayven.
Here's what comes with it.
Rayven isn't just a Arena connector. It's the operational software platform underneath - so once Arena is connected, four more capabilities come online by default.
AI-ready data layer (AI Data Fabric)
Arena data joined with ERP, IoT + legacy - contextualised, unified and structured so AI models, agents and tools can use it without ETL prep work.

Live AI access (Rayven MCP)
Claude, ChatGPT + Gemini get live, governed access to Arena and every other connected system. Your AI stops guessing - cites real Arena records + numbers.

Automation + AI agents
Workflows + AI agents act on Arena data without human intervention - escalate at-risk accounts, trigger operational work, auto-update forecasts, draft customer comms.

Custom apps + portals
Unified customer portals, ops dashboards, mobile field apps, partner portals - built on top of integrated Arena data. No separate BI tool, no separate dev stack.

All on top of your existing stack. No rip + replace. Arena stays Arena. Rayven works on what you've already built. Specifically tuned for Arena change-order effectivity + item-revision-linked NCR and CAPA sync.
Rayven is a five-layer platform ALL your integrations + much more
can run on.
Integration is one layer of Rayven. Data, execution, presentation + governance are the other four - all delivered as one platform on one commercial.
Pick the right tool for your stack.
Arena integration looks different at every scale. Honest comparison of the four common paths - Rayven only wins on some of them.
The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.
Platform + team. One commercial.
Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.
Built for Arena's product-record model.
Rayven handles Arena's REST API, change-order state machine and item-revision effectivity natively. NCRs and CAPAs link to the exact item, revision + lot, so defects sync into MES, ERP and AI already tied to the product change that caused them.
We stay after go-live.
No handoff. No disappearing. Rayven is a long-term partner when your Arena evolves, your stack changes, or you push further. 24/7 support. Same team, same platform, same commercial.
Hosted your way, where you need.
Deploy as cloud, private cloud + on-premise - in Australia, the US, the UK, or anywhere else your Arena data needs to live. Your residency, your rules, your local compliance environment.
The questions Arena admins, RevOps + IT ask first.

What is Arena (PTC) integration?
Arena integration is the practice of connecting Arena's PLM and QMS to the rest of your operation - MES, ERP, LIMS and AI - so the product record, change orders and quality processes are visible everywhere they matter. Rayven delivers Arena integration as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, not a single-purpose connector.
How does Rayven connect Arena to other systems?
Rayven uses Arena's REST API for real-time bidirectional sync. Items, BOMs, change orders (ECO/ECR), NCRs, CAPAs and DCOs flow as first-class integration events. See the Rayven Platform for how the integration and data layers fit together.
What systems can Rayven connect Arena to?
Rayven connects Arena to 1,228+ systems including your MES, ERP, LIMS and sibling quality systems like MasterControl and Veeva Vault QMS. Custom integrations are part of done-for-you delivery.
Does Rayven replace Arena or control the production line?
No. Rayven reads and unifies the Arena product and quality record and sits alongside Arena and your MES. It never controls, replaces or writes to the production line. Change orders, NCRs and CAPAs are contextualised and pushed to the systems that must act.
How long does Arena integration take with Rayven?
Most Arena integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single change-to-MES or NCR-to-ERP flow runs in 2-3 weeks; a full quality data fabric with change-to-defect correlation runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery.
What are the technical specifics of Arena (PTC) integration with Rayven?
Rayven uses Arena's REST API with API-token authentication for real-time bidirectional sync. Items, BOMs, change orders (ECO and ECR), NCRs, CAPAs and DCOs are preserved through the integration with field-level mapping into MES, ERP and LIMS targets. Arena's change-order state machine is respected so records only sync at the right lifecycle stage, and item-revision effectivity stays consistent across the MES build instruction and ERP BOM. Quality records link to the exact item revision and lot, so an NCR always traces to the product change and supplier behind it. Per-workspace rate limits are managed through batching and back-pressure so bulk BOM loads never throttle out. Arena is PTC's PLM and QMS product and is handled distinctly from PTC's ThingWorx IIoT and PdM lines. Rayven reads and unifies this data alongside Arena; it never controls or writes to the production line.
