Employees, benefits enrolment, time, talent and Community engagement records are preserved through the integration with field-level mapping into payroll, finance, IT directory, ATS and LMS targets. The Data Exchange governs certain inbound and outbound flows, and Rayven works with it while extending real-time sync to targets outside the partner Marketplace. Webhook coverage is supplemented with polling on objects that do not emit events, so nothing is missed. Benefits data is normalised across carrier models, IT provisioning fires from hire and termination events, and engagement signals stream to the systems that can act on them. Rate limits are managed through batching, queuing and back-pressure so bulk employee loads never throttle out.
