Trusted by 240+ teams across Australia + globally
Fabrico is brilliant at what it does. Useless at everything else your data + AI needs to touch.
Fabrico ties OEE to TPM well, but the loop stays inside the tool - ERP reconciles cost late, the MES never sees TPM status against the run, and AI cannot connect downtime to maintenance across lines.
The integration tool you've already tried probably can't fix it.
App-to-app. Useful, until it isn't.
Connectors for Fabrico, Slack + a thousand other cloud apps. Cheap + fast for the easy half of integration. Where they hit a wall:
- MES and production systems that need Fabrico OEE, downtime and TPM status against the run
- ERP that reconciles output and maintenance cost from batch files instead of the live feed
- CMMS and maintenance systems that should share Fabrico's TPM tasks and downtime history
- Data warehouses and AI agents needing live downtime, TPM-compliance and loss signals per line
MES, ERP, SCADA, machines + AI. One platform.
The integration platform built for what other tools can't (or won't) reach - plus an AI data fabric, MCP server + app builder layered on top.
- Fabrico + every MES, ERP and SCADA system
- MES, ERP, PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors + custom-built connectors.
- Files, legacy SQL, FTP + custom-built connectors
- Real-time bidirectional sync, tier-aware + rate-limit-safe
- AI Data Fabric, MCP, automation + custom apps included
Fabrico + Rayven: AI, automation + tools that reach every system you run.
5 examples of what Rayven customers run on Fabrico + integrated systems. Built in weeks, not months.
Downtime ties to the TPM task
Machine downtime feeds Fabrico, and Rayven joins SCADA and PLC signals onto the run, so a stoppage ties to its TPM task and OEE builds with the maintenance context attached.
OEE and TPM status reach planning
OEE, downtime and TPM status flow into your MES and ERP, so scheduling accounts for upkeep and costing sees the true equipment loss on the line.
One maintenance record across tools
Fabrico's TPM tasks and downtime history share with your CMMS, so reliability teams work from one maintenance record instead of reconciling TPM and reactive work separately.
TPM + loss data, AI-ready
Every downtime event, TPM task and loss reason streams into Rayven's Industrial AI Data Fabric. AI agents link losses to upkeep and predict downtime across every line and site.
OEE and TPM on one board
OEE and TPM compliance roll up into cross-line and multi-site dashboards, so operations sees where missed upkeep drives equipment loss on one definition rather than per tool.
Integration is the start with Rayven.
Here's what comes with it.
Rayven isn't just a Fabrico connector. It's the operational software platform underneath - so once Fabrico is connected, four more capabilities come online by default.
AI-ready data layer (AI Data Fabric)
Fabrico data joined with ERP, IoT + legacy - contextualised, unified and structured so AI models, agents and tools can use it without ETL prep work.

Automation + AI agents
Workflows + AI agents act on Fabrico data without human intervention - escalate at-risk accounts, trigger operational work, auto-update forecasts, draft customer comms.

Custom apps + portals
Unified customer portals, ops dashboards, mobile field apps, partner portals - built on top of integrated Fabrico data. No separate BI tool, no separate dev stack.

All on top of your existing stack. No rip + replace. Fabrico stays Fabrico. Rayven works on what you've already built. Specifically tuned for Fabrico downtime-to-TPM linkage and site-specific maintenance-task mapping into the CMMS.
Rayven is a five-layer platform ALL your integrations + much more
can run on.
Integration is one layer of Rayven. Data, execution, presentation + governance are the other four - all delivered as one platform on one commercial.
Pick the right tool for your stack.
Fabrico integration looks different at every scale. Honest comparison of the four common paths - Rayven only wins on some of them.
The integration is the easy bit.
The platform + team behind it is the difference.
Platform + team. One commercial.
Not five vendors stitched together. Rayven is the platform AND the Australia-based expert team that scopes, builds + supports it. One commercial. No licence stacking, no finger-pointing.
Built for Fabrico's TPM-plus-OEE model.
Rayven reads Fabrico's REST API for OEE, downtime and TPM-task data, and joins [SCADA](/solutions/data-integration-platform/scada-integration) and PLC feeds onto the run. Real-time downtime-to-TPM sync lands equipment loss and upkeep in CMMS, MES, ERP and AI, with Rayven reading it and never touching the line.
We stay after go-live.
No handoff. No disappearing. Rayven is a long-term partner when your Fabrico evolves, your stack changes, or you push further. 24/7 support. Same team, same platform, same commercial.
Hosted your way, where you need.
Deploy as cloud, private cloud + on-premise - in Australia, the US, the UK, or anywhere else your Fabrico data needs to live. Your residency, your rules, your local compliance environment.
The questions Fabrico admins, RevOps + IT ask first.

What is Fabrico integration?
Fabrico integration is the practice of connecting the Fabrico TPM and OEE tool to the rest of your operation - MES, ERP, CMMS and AI - so OEE, downtime and TPM status are visible everywhere they matter. Rayven delivers it as part of an Industrial AI Data Fabric, not a single-purpose connector.
How does Rayven connect Fabrico to other systems?
Rayven reads Fabrico's REST API for real-time sync of OEE, downtime and TPM data. Downtime events, TPM tasks and loss reasons all flow as first-class integration events. See the Rayven Platform for how the integration and data layers fit together.
What systems can Rayven connect Fabrico to?
Rayven connects Fabrico to 1,228+ systems including the MES, ERP, CMMS, historians and sibling OEE tools like Evocon and MachineMetrics. Custom integrations are part of done-for-you delivery.
Does Rayven replace or control our machines?
No. Rayven reads OEE, downtime and TPM data and sits alongside Fabrico; it never controls, replaces or writes to the machines or the line. Fabrico keeps running TPM and OEE, while Rayven lifts the data into an Industrial AI Data Fabric and connects it to MES, ERP and AI. Read more in how Rayven works.
How long does Fabrico integration take with Rayven?
Most Fabrico integrations go live in 2-12 weeks. A single Fabrico-to-CMMS or Fabrico-to-ERP flow runs in 2-3 weeks; a full performance fabric with MES and AI runs 6-12 weeks. Choose DIY, done-for-you or hybrid delivery.
Fabrico already links OEE and TPM. Why does Rayven add value on top?
Fabrico ties equipment loss to upkeep well. Rayven adds value by carrying that link outward: sharing TPM and downtime with your CMMS, feeding OEE to the MES and ERP and joining it with other OEE tools for AI. Rayven complements Fabrico. See the Rayven Platform.
What are the technical specifics of Fabrico integration with Rayven?
Rayven reads Fabrico's REST API via API key authentication for real-time sync of OEE, downtime and TPM-task data. Because Fabrico combines OEE with total productive maintenance, downtime carries a maintenance dimension; Rayven preserves that link so a stoppage ties to its TPM task through to the CMMS. Machine signals from SCADA, PLCs and sensors over OPC-UA and MQTT are bridged onto the run so OEE builds without manual keying. Downtime events, TPM tasks, loss reasons and OEE summaries are preserved with field-level mapping into MES, ERP and maintenance targets. Site-specific TPM task and reason models are normalised into one model so multi-site estates report on a single OEE definition. API rate limits are handled through batching, queuing and back-pressure. Rayven reads and contextualises the data and sits alongside Fabrico; it never controls or writes to the machines or the line. Validated against Fabrico with external PLC and SCADA feeds joining the record.
